This training course is
done on-site at your business premises.
The Sideloader operator
training course will give you the skills to operate the truck safely and
efficiently, carry out a pre-use inspection and recall and explain the causes
of truck and load instability.
A side loader is two
hydraulic cranes typically attached to a skeletal trailer. The cranes often are
on a rail which permits them to move backwards or forwards to accommodate
different length containers for the best position and weight distribution.
On
successful completion of thisSideloader
operator training course, candidates will be
issued with a certificate of training. This RTITB Certificate of Basic Operator
Training ensures you are compliant with compliant with the Health and Safety at
work Act 1974, it is also internationally recognised.

Advantages of side loaders
- Ability to move alongside storage racks or trucks for easier
loading and unloading.
- They're able to move down narrow aisles and through narrow
doorways.
- A flat cargo bed on the side of the lift helps stabilize the load
when it's being moved.
